At this price, don’t expect any frills I was surprised not to find tissues or a hairdryer But it comes with the price Check-in was a little odd and slow. It has a definite close time and no one appears to be on site over night. I might be wrong, but ……… Only major complaint was a loud barking dog at 8pm, again around 10pm and then sometime in wee hours! Really folks?!
When I say top notch, the stay here was awesome. I really loved the location, it was back in the cut. The room was very very clean. It had a full refrigerator, two eye cooktop, a sink (the perfect place for an extended stay), it was quiet, plus there was a Waffle House that was about 8 minutes away. The only thing they need to do is put bumper guards at the ends of the bed because you can hit your leg on it and that hurts. The front desk clerk was so friendly and professional. She also was very informative. Great place to stay!!!
My family has been staying here for almost a month until our home is ready and let me just say … Our stay has been absolutely amazing!!! The staff helped us with all of our needs, they provided excellent service, and made sure we were comfortable. They’re even fur baby friendly, so we got to bring along our dogs. I’d also like to shout out Pam, Mark, and Allen! Thank you for everything
I have stayed here many win the last and it is always clean. I’ve stayed in places and that will terrible that I wouldn’t sleep in and they wanted the same price so definitely come to this place before you go anywhere else if you’re in the Indianapolis Plainfield area or airport
The front desk service is excellent. If you need assistance ask for Pam or Mark whatever your issue one of them will solve it. The room was clean. The whole place is quiet.
My stay at Echo Suites has been great! I always feel welcomed, comfortable and most of all safe. Pam at the front desk always makes me laugh and feel comfortable. When I talk to Pam it’s like talking to a family member. She makes the conversation personable and has really been a big help and listening ear since I’ve been staying here. Allen always has a big smile when I come down to the front desk and is very helpful. Overall everyone has been great and helpful. Thank you Echo Suites for being here during this journey in my life.
Clean and well maintained, with a friendly and engaging staff. Great value. Special thanks to Pam at the front desk, she made us feel welcome and appreciated! This was our first time staying at an extended stay hotel, so we had to manage our expectations a little, but overall we were pleased with our stay.
My girls and I stayed here for about a month. I have not one complaint from the staff, to the cleanliness. I highly rate this place, it’s so peaceful. I will definitely come back.
